Harmful effect from environmental noise makes people gain critical health effects like stress and cardiovascular effect. Many researches have been done to find good way to reduce noise environmental but we can not stop the growth of industries and transportation which is the main cause of noise. Actually, Guide to Noise Regulations (a self-explanatory leaflet) has been issued by Department of the Environment. The leaflet outlines some steps to be taken where people experiencing some irritation or pain caused by noise. I think; it is not enough. A good way to reduce noise is what we really need at this time. For that reason, many installations have to collaborate to create a new strategy and technology to reduce noise step by step to avoid bad effect of environmental noise in the future.

Some of us may have some problems with noise. For some of us, noise is one of the true forms of the pollutions. There are many kinds of pollutions around us, and noise is one of the worst things that we have to deal every day.
Take a look around us. Every day, we must deal with so many kinds of noise pollutions. Once we get out of the house, we have to deal with so many noises. We may live around some kinds of barbaric people who love to hear something that they call music loudly.
Then, when we entered the highway, we must deal with the traffic jam. In this moment, like it or not, we must deal with some noise of the cars and all vehicles, some inpatients drivers that blown their horn loudly, and many kinds of things.
